My experience with PrideStaff was a less than optimal one. I saw a job posting on a job board and was really excited to apply for the position. I had all the qualifications and experience for the position yet since I had not yet filled this exact role in my work history it would be a chance to learn and grow my portfolio. The Worst in town – I only give 1 star because that's as low as you offer. I was hired by Pridestaff into a temporary position at a local company. During the 3 months, not once did the staffing agency call me to inquire how it was going. They did however send me very abrupt e-mails every Monday morning when they had not yet received my time card. Phone Manner – I got a phone call from their office. When I returned her call, her phone manner was not warm and friendly. She started to ask me about my work history and rushed me through my responses and then before I could fully answer her, she jumped to conclusions on why an employment was ended. No way would I deal with an agency like this. There are so many other great ones here in San Diego, I am with 3 others and they keep me busy and I feel like they have MY best interest as their priority.
