How can anyone wash a dry van and forget the back? If the costomer wants drives covered then it's his choice. I got chrome rims nd I wanted them covered and they sprayed them with acid. I will NEVER EVER STOP HERE AGAIN.
I feel like I was taken advantage of! they refused to put tire shine on my tires because they we're closing in 2 hours and had other vehicles in line, they also offered me wax and citrus shine for half price if it was paying cash so they could pocket it for themselves. And what upset me the most is they got brightener on my aluminum, that will cost me a couple $$ hundred to get it back to the way it was. Please rehire your old management you're losing
