Terrible Experience with Pride Truck Group Enterprise, TPine Leasing, and Pride Truck Sales Pride Truck Group Enterprise is the worst company in the world. Their leasing company, TPine Leasing, and Pride Truck Sales are even worse. They are lucky they got 1 star. I purchased a truck back in August 2023. This place in Atlanta took my deposit to hold a truck. They couldn’t finance so had to close the deal but it’s been 2 months now since they are supposed to return my deposit. I have never received my deposit and the sales person asking me to dispute the transaction which is some kind of SCAM. I do not recommend this dealership. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
Rude! Called to get information on a truck they had listed on truck paper. The number posted is to the corporate office. I was told I would get a call back and never did. I called again (days later) ans asked to speak with the sales department. A Indian man told me I would get a call back. I explained I called days ago and haven’t heard from anyone. He then tells me he is busy and hung up on me. Disrespectful and rude!
Jeff was the BEST sales person you could ask for. Help us with everything we need done on the truck and very responsive sales person .
