My home was part of TC8 on 16 2024 in Southport. They were professional and came by as soon as they were able to get here. They even spoke to my flood adjuster with the Insurance company. They made the process smooth and easy. It was hard enough to watch your house flood and the stress of all that but it was nice to see a team relieve you of that headache.

They were prompt in their response time being able to come out to my home for inspection. However, very poor communication with the technician and having to call multiple times to receive my estimate. It has been two weeks and when asked for an update the response I received was “I’ve been busy”. Will not be moving forward with Pride Restoration.
Working with Joel Knopp and having him coordinate our project was truly an amazing experience. I highly recommend working with Joel and Pride Restoration!!!
