Able to fit me in an early morning call, looked at my shower, and attempted to fix the cartridge. Recommended the part I needed and was ordered immediately. Installed the part days later myself, from watching what was done when he came to look. Replacement part works as expected. Charged me $0 for everything. 6 starts out of 5.

He is not only a talented contractor he also has an exceptional eye for detail and communicates what to expect throughout the project.
