Do you want to be lied to and called a cheapskate? If so, then sign with this company. I just had the worst experience in my life with Pride. I think inexperience and not having knowledge of laws when working with a seller whom has a rental tenant was an issue. I live in Cali and asked the realtor to walk the property and give me feedback on if it was ready to go on market in it's current condition.
