Awful property management company. Avoid buildings they manage.
The only pride they have is in doing the bare minimum. Staff is frequently rude to co-op shareholders. Poor communication and attention to detail. They have sent incorrect information about assessments to the shareholders in my building several times in the last few months.

Terrible management service. They flooded me and refuse to replace the damaged light. If you're looking for a property manager, you may want to look elsewhere.
