Feburary 2023 went to Savannah location and got an estimate for a Bermuda pool 12x26. Did not leave a deposit since the SALESMAN said it would be a least a year. We went to get other estimates from 3 different companies. In May we went back to PRIDE to talk about all the extras to be sure of the HIDDEN COSTS involved. We had learned that from the other companies we went to. We got estimates( but not in the agreement only VERBAL) on all the extras and decided to sign up and give a 5% deposit. If I could give them zero stars, I would. This company has some of the poorest customer service I've experienced in a long time. They don't call you back despite saying they will. You must continuously call them. They don't want to hear the customer frustrations, they simply make every excuse as to why "you're being unreasonable". They continuously cut you off when you're speaking. I can go on and on, but I think the point about their customer service is made. Beware. Buying a hot tub from these people is like buying a used car from a hustler. I left when they tried to pull a bait and switch.
