I am highly disappointed in the service we received on 1/28/2021. We call Pride Plumbing to install a new water heater at our rental property. After we purchased the water heater Kris came the following day to install. Later after installing we were called to inform us that the P&N valve was broken. But we were informed that he could still install without the valve temporary but the water from the unit will run outside our property for a few days, not knowing the full scope of what he meant (I must take ownership of that par... read more
I called Kris on a weekday afternoon to request an install for a faucet, and by 9am the next morning the job had been completed perfectly! Service was prompt, efficient, and super easy! Price for labor was extremely fair. We will certainly be relying on him again for any future plumbing needs!
Kris answered my call as soon as I contacted him and he was at my house within a couple of hours. My toilet was fixed before noon. Excellent customer service and affordable prices. Thanks Kris!
