The Pride Plumber is a friendly neighborhood fellow who showed up right on time with a smile. I needed my tankless Water heaters de-scaled and maintained. After carefully checking the small point of use mini- heaters, he stated that they didn’t have the necessary in-out valves to complete the job. However the larger main tankless water heater did have those valves and using the gallons of vinegar I had bought, he set up all the other equipment needed to de-scale it and waited patiently for 30 min or so to flush it all out. I am highly disappointed in the service we received on 1/28/2021. We call Pride Plumbing to install a new water heater at our rental property. After we purchased the water heater Kris came the following day to install. Later after installing we were called to inform us that the P&N valve was broken.
