I leased a vehicle from Hyundai Pride Motors in Lynn, MA. Salespeople were great, then all of a sudden they weren’t available. Few months later I drive down for a service and find out they are no longer in business. Where do I go now for my service on this leased vehicle. No notice whatsoever.
This is going to be a long one...but the take away is DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM! So many things wrong, so many lies...awful customer service. Sold me a car, wasn't cleaned, safety inspected or serviced. Damage to rear bumper that happened after I looked at it...surface scratches not buffed out. Rear wiper rubber hanging off. Inside didn't smell clean.
