I called Pride Mechanical yesterday when our heat wasn’t working and they came out first thing today. Isom and Chris were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. They explained exactly what was going on and fixed it in a quick time frame. Their prices are transparent and reasonable. Highly recommend for any HVAC concerns!
I highly recommend this company. The technician was able to locate my issue; the zone damper power head needed to be replaced. He was able to order the part and install it to restore my unit to its proper working order. Thankfully, I was given a discounted rate because I have a maintenance agreement with the company. I appreciate that the technicians wear shoe covers in my home.

Wonderful!!! I can't say enough how grateful I am with Pride Mechanical & Cooling. My AC went out over the weekend and upon my return needless to say that walking in the house was like a walk in the desert(not quite but anyway). I had got a number to call for another AC repair while I was on my way back into town and left a voice message. I never heard back so I call again in the morning, still no call.
