Chris came out and diagnosed a degraded fan motor. He gave me the option to choose between replacing the motor or the whole system without any undue pressure. I asked him to just replace the motor, and it works like a charm now. I appreciated the honesty and good work!

Had a fantastic experience with Pride Mechanical. I called on a Monday and they were able to schedule an appointment for the following day due to my ac unit freezing over. The lady that I spoke with was extremely kind and professional. Travis came the following day on time and was very professional and explained the issues he found with the unit and what that pricing would look like.
