Had a fantastic experience with Pride Mechanical. I called on a Monday and they were able to schedule an appointment for the following day due to my ac unit freezing over. The lady that I spoke with was extremely kind and professional. Travis came the following day on time and was very professional and explained the issues he found with the unit and what that pricing would look like. I cannot say enough good things about Pride Mechanical. We have used them for years and they consistently go above and beyond. Their customer service is impeccable and their techs are thorough, personable, and EXTREMELY professional. We recently were in need of some emergency duct work and Stephen and Travis came out on their day off to quickly fix it. We had been having issues with our Heat Pump system for awhile, and were worried about a high repair bill. Travis came out to diagnose the system and after some inspection and testing, he made some adjustments and the system is working great again. I was all ready to be told that I needed a new system, but he didn't try to trick me into spending thousands of dollars needlessly. I would definitely recommend!
