This company provides laundry machines for my apartment complex. One of the two washing machines in my complex has been broken for at least a month. Supposedly, they are waiting for a part to repair it. How about providing a different machine while you wait for the replacement part? I do not understand this companies business model. Honestly, the complex I live in has your machines... And they are always broken, eat quarters, and there is no sense of urgency to fix the equipment or reimburse anyone that has lost countless dollars to these terrible machines.
