My 6 year old nephew has been seeing the medication provider Jennifer Miller and she kept writing him different medications after we told her numerous times the medication was not working. Things kept getting worse and worse. She does not know how or what to do for patients. She does not listen to parents or family members that tell her what is going on. Son was given a referral from his pediatrician and that consisted of the facility texting me instead of a call asking to set up an appointment. If time can't even be made to pick up the phone and call the parents of a future client to discuss what is needed, there is zero interest in allowing this facility to provide mental health treatment. Truly shows a disconnection between staff and client almost immediately.
