I had my regular car service at Lynn Hyundai and Gabriel was my service assistant. I waited 3 hours for my service today with no prior notice whether the service will take this long I have done 3 regular services before and it took less than an hour. I had requested today for a horn replacement because of low pitch sound. Gabriel said the horn is working properly even with low pitch and did not replaced. Very bad and poor service
Walked in with no appointment yesterday to help my Mom to look at a car and was greeted by AJ who spent the next 3 hours being awesome helping my Mom out and getting her into a totally spotless year old used car with super low mileage. I don't often leave reviews but these guys totally deserve it, and I would absolutely go see AJ again for my next car. Thanks guys!
Mary Kate was fabulous to work with--she was able to get us the perfect car, within the budget we had to work with. All the paperwork was handled quickly, and we were able to pick up our new (to us) car within a few days. Probably the easiest, best experience we've ever had when buying a used car. Thanks again!!
