Same here they took full advantage of me as well. I specifically said I wanted a reasonable payment they charged me over 500 for a car payment outrageous I just don't understand. I would never recommend this car dealership that's why they have no business they ****.
Horrible experience trying to buy a car- Total bait and switch! Agreed to a price, drive the car, did the paperwork and monthly payment was more than $100 more than we had agreed- did they do think I wouldn’t notice? Refused to take any responsibility even though I had the dealers notes- I walked out but still super annoyed that I got jerked around. Would NEVER go there again
Never take your car to this place and I would also suggest never buying a Hyundai. It was like pulling teeth with these people to do anything. They did not call me when my car was towed to their place, it took me calling multiple times for them to finally start processing for them to fix my engine, they constantly did not do what they said they were going to do, they were extremely slow with everything, and also gave me my car back with damages that were not there prior to bringing my car in, that created more problems.They ... read more
