Where do I start- I guess by wiping the tears away. My situation was dire and severe. I got SIXTEEN total quotes on my upstairs AC unit. Every single one said I needed a replacement. We’re so thankful for Pride HVAC. Our AC was making an awful noise and they came out quickly and took care of it—no charge. They also found that our upstairs mini-split had been installed incorrectly, cleaned it up, made adjustments, and it’s worked perfectly ever since.
