I had them come look at a leaking spigot and my evap cooler, which was over flowing. They tried to charge me $625 and cut through my drywall to access the spigot and replace the entire thing. I wanted time to think it over, I knew it seemed a bit over the top. Once the plumber left, I looked at the spigot myself. Tanner is awesome, we’ve been working with him for a while now and he is very professional and thorough. He is very detail oriented and can adapt to explain the issue with a simple language. He is always doing a great job with our mini splits, since we are having a lot of issues with multiple units. Pride is great to work with.

I've had Pride come out to help twice this year, once when the furnace went out in December and now when the AC went down on a lovely 99 degree day. They have been prompt, professional, helpful and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Poor craftsmanship and customer service.They did the original install of a water heater and split AC Furnace unit in the home I purchased. The hot water heater was not level had to have them come back and level it before the purchase was final. A Lug on the contactor in the ac unit was loose potentially causing the system to cut in and out. While putting more wear and tear on the compressor. Now the compressor is bad after two years. Horrible company to work with. Won't answer my calls! Pushing the days back when they can come and work on my cooling system. First it was one week now it's been two weeks and then told me it'd be another 2 weeks till they could come out again!
