We just had our entire first floor redone and are extremely happy with the outcome. The floors themselves came out even better than we had anticipated. Throughout the process, their team was able to do things quickly and efficiently while working around the fact that we were moving into our home. Richard was very transparent and upfront with everything, and also kept us informed along the way. The whole crew was polite and respectful. We would definitely work with Pride Flooring again! We hired Pride floors to rehab a tub area in our home. They did a great job and their contractors were professional, cleaned up as they worked, and courteous. Including one 'before' picture, several 'during' photos, and the rest are 'after' pictures when Pride completed the work. Ripped out tub/tile/hardware. Installed new taller tub, new hardware, handrails (that look like accents), tile, and shampoo inserts (one horizontal in tub wall, the other vertical at back of tub). Richard and his team did a great job remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms! His team was on schedule and did excellent work! Richard was involved from start to finish! I would highly recommend using Pride Floor & Construction for all your flooring and remodeling needs!
We moved from Maryland and we bought a house from DR Horton, all the other floor companies wanted to meet in person to do an estimate which would have never worked because we needed it completed before we got to San Antonio. The sales staff, the recommended products, the pricing and the installation were impeccable! I have been building homes for over 30 years and this was my first time using Pride. This was my personal home and Pride was recommended to me by another builder. I highly recommend Pride!
