For FOUR pickup cycles now, our compost bin has not been emptied. Assuming the driver doesn't care to actually do his job and supervisors don't hold them accountable. Edited since they have since corrected the issue. Customer service is beyond outstanding.

Idk why they have poor reviews. They were super nice, both by email and in person. 35 bucks for a big bin of shredding is very reasonable!
