My experience has been nothing short of frustrating! They repaired my roof in 2018. They have been back 4 times to remedy a recurring leak. I contacted them end of October this year (2021) to once again get the leak remedied. I was told Bryce would be down in a week or two…no contact. I called and was told that he could meet at any time on a specific day. I gave him the time to meet, he didn’t show up. I had to call and text repeatedly to get a response. The team showed up and identified our leaky roof issue. Two solutions were offered and costs, materials, repair guarantee, and project timeframe were clearly communicated. They got the job done quickly, safely, and left the area cleaner than they found it. Not to mention, they were a blast to chat with! Would recommend them to friends any day.
The whole crew was great. Bryce made time on a weekend to see the roof, discuss repair options, and give quotes. They made quick work of our repair. Honest, personable, professional. We’re very happy with the results!
Bryce responded immediately and showed up the next day to do a needed repair. A couple days later he sent someone over to complete the improvement. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.
