Incompetent and malicious I may or may not remove this one star review once my GAP policy refund, approved by Zurich on Apr 23, 2026 and the responsibility of the dealer to refund, hits my auto loan account within 45 days of the original request, as this dealership has a history of failing to perform their administrative responsibilities edit: as of may 20, 2026, the gap refund still has not hit my loan account.
