I originally took my 2023 Suburban to the dealership where I purchased it and got nothing but the runaround. I then brought it to Pride Chevy, and their service department went above and beyond, continuing to troubleshoot until they found the issue. I truly appreciate their persistence and will continue servicing my truck there.
In 2022 Miles and Doug sold me a car they were sent from God and I owe them alot more than a review. This is the best place to buy a vehicle in Massachusetts
Prides downside they were backed up on repairs. And had no loaners while the vehicle was there for repairs. The parts took a long while to get then oviasley the person they had there couldn't do the repair so they gad to send out for a GM technician So taking 6 months for a transmission TCM repair and not having a loaner during that amount of time was bad service in management .to add to the problem we had a bit of snow a week later after i picked up the vehicle and i put the transmission gear into all weel drive and the veh... read more
