RecommendedAll service personnel here are courteous and knowledgeable. They perform the work without wasting time. Communication is very good. The new front desk lady needs to brush up on her customer relations. Went for an oil change last Saturday. (Great job as usual). I was on my way back to Dallas from Corpus and my car broke down right outside Beeville. My insurance was able to get them there within 30 minutes and the whole process was amazing. What i thought was a busted radiator ended up being something easier and less expensive. They could have easily charged me for a radiator but took the time to fully inspect and make sure. I was back on the road same day. A great place and great people.
Locked keys in our truck at a Graduation down the road (Coastal Bend) they were here within 5 minutes after the call, literally 10 minutes total truck unlocked and roses from the backseat & not to mention the price was so reasonable! Thank for saving my baby girls day
I love how Robert and all of his employees are so professional and always have time for a smile and a hello. His guys walk in and see you and the first thing they say is “have you been helped ma’am”. I’d recommend Pride Automotive to anyone!
