Never open on Friday, never answer their phone, even during Covid they will hide with the door locked and not answer if you’re knocking. They have no flexibility in paying HOA. They require bank transfer which is initiated any time between the eighth and the 12th of the month with huge variations of inconsistency. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Pride Association does not care... You email to get assistance for issues at HOA, they ignore it. Waste of my HOA dues...
Pride has hired a company to replace gutter's on the buildings in Bristol Bay. I have picked up 3 nails in my back tire of my motorcycle that the gutter company is supposed to replace. I have been trying to get my tire. Sent a estimate to Justin that owns gutter company and can't get a response. Pridd management is no help either. If you are looking for a place to live make sure Pride is not the management company. They do not care about the people who live there.
