Absoultely horrible experience. For starters the landlord is completely rude, and micromanages, and snoops the property constantly. Her housing rentals are extremly overpriced for the age and condition of the home and the appliances are from the 60's and don't work properly. If you try call in a trouble ticket she try to jerry rig it, and she calls a repair man she send you the bill. Anything she agrees to in person she never follows through on. Total slum lord.
