About average for this type of business. One major downside is their discontinuing of replacement of appliances when unrepairable. My most recent experience was terrible. During the repair of my Air conditioner, the serviceman damaged the special thermostat - a programmable one and claimed it was not working. That was not true. He replaced it with an inferior thermostat and advised that if I wanted a programmable one, I would have to pay in excess of $130. Totally unacceptable. The two people sent out from Pride in Pompano Beach were very knowledgeable, and did the vent dryer cleaning professionally and made sure it was done right and wthe dryer worked like it supposed to.
