Jacob from Pride Appliance Repair came to our house to repair the non-working A/C and replace our thermostat. He immediately identified the problem and made the repair quickly and perfectly. He was friendly, courteous, professional and worked intelligently and definitively. We will ask for him the next time we need any HVAC service.

Stay away from Pride. I had them for 17 years they have now become a corrupt and incompetent organization. No body cares they don't return calls but most all they ruined my washer chargi g me for unnecessary useless parts and refusing even return the fees when I asked cancel my contract! I am so disgusted. I think they should go out of business for how they let me wait with no resolution.Stay away, please they no longer deserve anyone's business!

So this is what happened to me, last year ac stopped cooling, called pride,tech came out. He said after checking unit that there was a leak at a copper elbow that has probably Been there since installed five years earlier. Also Needed inside coil cleaned both would be about four to $500 each so I opted to get the coil cleaned first and he filled the compressor and said it would probably take another five years for it to leak. I highly praise the work of technician Jacob Jones. He is extremely diligent and understands all the details of HVAC.I wish all tradesmen were half as good.
