As always Jacob was wonderful. He is very polite and knowledgeable and every time we have to have our unit serviced he does it perfectly. He always goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is in perfect condition.
Upon experiencing a A/C leak in my Condo, Ryan from Pride A/C cleaned out the drainage line of my A/C handler. He was very thorough and spent ample time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He also provided helpful information to obtain further preventive maintenance so to avoid future complete shutdowns during the really hot months of the year. Ryan was very skilled and professional and I really appreciated his service!!
