Caitlin is the best wax tech I’ve ever had and I’ve been a waxing patron for 10 years! She’s so friendly, always understanding with scheduling, and is a perfectionist with her craft. I would give her all the stars! So grateful for her services. Will be a long time client of hers (it’s already been 3 years)!
My wife had an appointment for today and wasn’t going to be able to make it because of work and they said they would still charge her 50% to reschedule. She’s a routine customer and this is the first time she’s had to reschedule. Terrible policy. Lost a customer.
This place is so welcoming and comforting! I loved my experience. It was my first time here and Jessica was so professional and efficient. The pain was a 4/10 and you can tell the wax is high quality. Definitely will become a regular here.
I had the BEST experience with Fatima today! She made me feel comfortable & relaxed even though I was so nervous from a bad past Brazilian experience. She made it as painless as possible & was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to see her & the results were phenomenal!
