If the provider here is still "Brooke" Beavis,go elsewhere! She is the rudest medical practitioner I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Apparently she's prejudice against handicapped people. I've been a disabled driver for decades before I met her with no problems from ALEA getting certified to have accessible driving equipment authorized.
