We bought a membership at the Via Argentina warehouse in Panama City, Panama. Our hotel was only 2 blocks away. It cost $42.00 for the basic level and it has a money back guarantee. Unfortunately they are a pale imitation of Costco, and they don't have whole bean coffee or dark chocolate for sale. Overall it's a disappointment but we enjoyed the Food Court fried chicken and the berry sundae. After 3 days, I returned to the membership desk and got a full refund of $42.00. Worst of all, there was no $1.50 hot dog!

I have a problem with consistency. I go on line add stuff to the cart to use as a grocery list. I get to the store, no 70 pound bag of chicken, no Vanilla Coffee Creamer, no butter ,no brown eggs. This is the Masaya store. The food court tables are never cleaned, or at least not consistently. It's absolutely discouraging and we have not renewed our membership due to this. We drive in from the beach communities, a good hour drive thinking we are going to get our groceries, and we only get about a 1/3 of what we come for. My h... read more

Good luck getting them to return a phone call! Ridiculous!
