You Get what you pay for Had these guys out two years ago, they changed my springs and one has already broken. My luck there warranty is only one year. I got what I payed for.
Happy Customer :) I almost didn't go with this company after reading the other reviews, but I talked to Ken and he reassured me that they give you a quote over the phone and that's exactly what it costs when they show up. "Prices Guaranteed!" I was quoted $160.00 dollars on the phone to replace my garage door springs. Ken was very knowledgeable and friendly. Terrible Service Scheduled a time for work to be done 6 days in advance. They gave me a 2 hour time frame they would be there(8-10 a.m.) At 10:30 still no one there. I call and they said they would call the repair man and see where he was and call right back. 11:30 still no call back. Call again and they wont answer my call leave a message just wanting some info. No one ever showed, no call. Great job guys, I can tell you will be around for a long time with service like that!!
