I used this company since 2019, and issues were always a thing, but the last 2 years have been horrendous. The late delivery (10-11pm), no delivery for days after waiting 1-2 weeks on their schedule, precharges 100 gallons and charges the remaining gallons moments after delivery, charge you for someone else's delivery after not delivering and still haven't refunded the difference. I've taken my business elsewhere. Best Luck Price Rite.

Only a 1 because zero is not an option. Company has gone downhill. Third delivery in a row that I had to chase. (FACT) Lisa, you had to know this was coming. I would have told you but you hung up on me. I can’t deal with your lies and excuses anymore. (FACT) Good luck with the BBB!
We have been ordering oil from them for years. They do have a lot of clients. They give you a time frame when your oil is going to be delivered . They send updates in the app to let you know when the price is going up. I haven't seen another company do drawings to win 100 gallons of oil .
This place has become Shady. After reading all the bad reviews I’m not alone .. I’ve been using this company for my mom for a few years because I want to support local business .. and every year there seems to be an issue.. one year they run out of fuel the next year It’s something else ..this year was my gauge was wrong and the whistle was was blowing like it was full.(when the tank was half empty) So I called a company and had everything fully checked out ..turns out everything is perfectly fine.
