After being a loyal customer since 2016, Lisa decided that they are too big of a company and they don’t care about their loyal customers who has been with them since day one. When they were smaller, the company was pretty decent. I would not recommend them to anybody. Lisa said there’s 100 other oil company out there. She’s right I’m taking her advice. I will never do business with them again.
My husband and I have been customers for years. Everyone is super nice and accommodating. This small business always has the best price and works with our schedule and demand. Thank you for being there for us ! I highly recommend them.
All the girls in the office are always kind and accommodating. The drivers have always gotten our oil to us promptly when on the schedule for that day. We have been using Price Rite for 4/5 years and they have always been wonderful. It’s nice to support a small company especially when they are just as supportive back!
pricerite oil and propane llc..😒 I've been a customer for 5 years on auto delivery and auto pay I called let them know I was below 8th of a tank of fuel and and seeing how I have 14 units in this building one furnace and one oil tank that I was not going to make it till the end of the month. I am not on vacation and I'm not there too check it. (called on 23rd of December) Well they delivered 191 gallons fuel and charge me a $250 same day delivery fee. Customer service needs work. They could care less if they keep your business and have made that clear in multiple arguments with customers. You are a dollar sign to them not a customer. You learn in customer service that the customer is always right or at least you treat them that way. Especially when you are the one over charging them. Keep an eye on your bills folks.
