Zero stars should be an option. Frauds. Paid upfront for 150g delivery, no call no show twice. Full of lies and excuses. Told them to cancel and refund me, now two+ weeks later and still no refund!
DO NOT GET OIL FROM Pricerite Oil or you will go through a pain getting your money back. First of all, they don't do an honest business. When price oil goes up, they will call you the day before delivery (ordered a week from before) and say price goes up so they will use new price and with the excuse "... so that everyone can get oil..." although I told them to deliver 50 gallons less. Price Right charged my credit card and didn't deliver the oil contract. I would not recommend the failed business. Their Trucks have issues with CT State DMV and have not been delivering. And they Lye and don't answer the phone or respond to emails .They Always have an Excuse. Now my Bank is Taking action. That will get money back.
Ordered oil and they told me one delivery day. They never showed. I called and got another delivery day again no call no show.. then they told me the owners were having family trouble and that I would be able to get full refund.. again never happens. I had great service for years and now it’s down hill. They took 400$ from us and I have to dispute it through my credit card… very very disappointed in this and I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else..
Was a good company until couple years ago now they have a lot of customers they play with a Customer money they take up to 2 to 3 weeks to do the deliver and then they try steal your money after the delivery. Trying to charge an extra fee claiming the price wasn’t right for that time That’s why they are a two star company never buy for them again.
