They took over $500 and did not deliver oil to my home. Had to dispute with my credit card company. Stay away
Purchased oil at 4.74😡😡 on 3/19 delivery was for 3/27 and here we are 3/28 and NO OIL , NO DELIVERY! Left messages. No answer says closed on weekends 😡 for emergencies press 1 mailbox is full, leave and message press 2 and call disconnects.
this company has a smartphone app. they keep sending out these push notifications written in all caps urging you to buy oil as soon as possible along with the current price. but the prices in the push notifications are meaningless! they will just call you on the day before your delivery and insist on changing the price anyway after they already took partial payment. their lead time is long enough for them to make plenty of room for these bait-and-switch shenanigans.
It’s too bad that Price Rite that used to deliver on time and with a very competitive rate, has allowed themselves to hike their prices and at times when you request fill-up, it may take 10 days or longer to get delivery. The last 2 deliveries took forever and each time they only delivered enough to fill my tank to just over half full. Horrible company, they promise a delivery date and then dont show up. I ordered on Friday January 9th and they delivered on January 20th. Horrible place to do business. They call to confirm your order, charge your card instantly and then you wait. And if you email them and let them know they did not show up the day they told you they would, well then don't expect a call back or a simple email response for concerns you didnt get your delivery.
