Has anyone been able to contact this company recently? I have paid for oil back in May, have been reassured that oil would be delivered numerous times, and now it’s mid September and no matter what time I call, no answers. Up until this issue, this was a good company and I had no issues.
I strongly DO NOT recommend Price Rite Oil. I placed and PAID for an oil delivery on August 20, 2026. My delivery was supposed to arrive on September 3. It never came. I contacted the company on September 4 and was specifically told that my oil would be delivered that day. Once again, NO DELIVERY. What makes this even worse is that I received NO phone call and NO voicemail informing me that my delivery was delayed or that there was any issue with my order. SCAM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER!!!!!!!! AND YOU WILL NEVER GET REFUNDED YOUR MONEY!!!! Update: 8/25/2026 The owner gave me a personal check to reimburse the $330 that they owed me of course her check bounced and I got a $25 charge for my bank account on top of it all and I’m still minus the $330 for the oil I never received which was ordered back in June! DO NOT ORDER OIL FROM PRICERITE OIL AND PROPANE LLC!! I ordered oil back in June, she took my money and still has not delivered my oil!! I've talked to them numerous times over the last couple months about my delivery and there's always an excuse as to why they haven't delivered. I physically went to the office back in July but there was nobody there even though Google said they were open. Now when I call there's no answer and no return call!!
