We had Johnny come out for a normal maintenance. He caught an issue that could have turned into something much bigger and cost us a lot more money but he was able to fix it now. He always goes above and beyond. I can’t recommend this company enough for their honesty and knowledge. They’re the only company I’ll use!
What a wonderful find. Just wish we would have known about them sooner. Two years ago we paid around $12K for a Crane unit with 2 years of service. From the get go it vibrated sometimes so much that cupboards rattled. Also sometimes it made a thunk sound when starting. We contacted the installing company and they sent 3 different techs out. Two said all was fine, one said we needed to buy a $600 piece of equipment. Luckily a family member had some work done by Johnny Concho and recommended him. He was great!
