Prescriptions cost 20-60% more than eg chemist warehouse and different Pricelines that I’ve been to. One of my prescriptions was over double??? Absolutely mental price gouging. None of the staff - pharmacists or checkout - had any interest in being there or serving customers. I witnessed how they behaved with other customers too and every single customer in that store was an inconvenience to them. As an aside, Vitamins aisle was half empty with several boxes full of bottles on the floor.
They truly go above and beyond for their customers! Christine the pharmacist/owner is incredibly kind and helpful. I can't thank her enough for always going out of her way for me. This is good old fashioned customer service, where your pharmacist knows you by name and genuinely wants to do what they can to help make you happy and healthy! Many thanks to all the wonderful ladies at Priceline St Leonards!
Fabulous Pharmacy, couldn’t have been more helpful. Had trouble with our scripts and the pharmacist went above and beyond to track them down. Very friendly too. Thank you Christine.
