I have always found the staff to be polite and helpful, where possible, and the prices and occasional member benefits also helpful.

First time here and it was not pleasant. As soon as you walk in, you don't get greeted in by the staff. The further I walked into the store, there is a lady polity asking for a refund of a product that she wasn't happy with. She bought lipstick that happen to be the wrong lip colour that was advertisement and the manager accused her of her "scam" then proceeded to tell her you have to shake the lipstick for it to become the colour she wanted.
