Booked a flu jab for bank holiday. Showed up for the appointment and they aren’t open. Go online and it says they are open. Got up at 9am for nothing.
Nice spacious store. Staff were quite bad and didn’t seem to want to be there, you can get cheaper prices elsewhere
It was quite busy and they literally had ONE pharmacists doing everything with no assistance - serving customers, filling prescriptions, administering flueinjections. She was struggling to keep up with a huge amount of work and looked exhausted. Not fair.
The male asian pharmacist there was incredibly rude and useless, he can see people standing queuing and he will be there just looking at the screen doing nothing and when approached and ask he answers like “ why are you bothering me ? “ type of attitude.
