Whoever answered the phone today just before 16:30 could really do with some customer service training. I was calling about an urgent medication and it took almost a full minute for them to even check if it was in stock. They confirmed they had it, only to then cheerfully tell me they were closing early. Even after I said I was literally turning into the shopping centre with minutes to spare, the attitude was basically too bad so sad. My experience was fantastic, Alisa takes her time making sure the piercing will be in the right spot. It was a very efficient, clean and friendly experience. It was my third piercing and it was just so quick and virtually painless. I would highly recommend having your ears pierced at Priceline Smithfield and by Alisa.
