Whoever answered the phone today just before 16:30 could really do with some customer service training. I was calling about an urgent medication and it took almost a full minute for them to even check if it was in stock. They confirmed they had it, only to then cheerfully tell me they were closing early. My experience was fantastic, Alisa takes her time making sure the piercing will be in the right spot. It was a very efficient, clean and friendly experience. It was my third piercing and it was just so quick and virtually painless. I would highly recommend having your ears pierced at Priceline Smithfield and by Alisa.
Great store! The team is always nice and helpful. Alisa has been absolutely wonderful - always polite, professional and efficient. Every time I’ve interacted with her, she’s been friendly, warm and attentive. It’s clear she takes her role seriously and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service.
Our girls got their ears pierced today by Alisa. She was lovely and very helpful. The procedure was quick and easy, and Alisa was great at putting the girls at ease. We highly recommend Alisa at Priceline Smithfield if you’re looking for someone to pierce your ears (or your kids ears).
