The pharmacy assistant (older lady with short brown hair and glasses) behind the counter made an inappropriate comment about my surname being a “mouthful.” I found this unnecessary, unprofessional and disrespectful in a customer facing healthcare setting. In contrast, the pharmacist I dealt with was professional and courteous. ordered a click and collect order, gave me all opened and half empty products
Worst ever experience for me!!! The old lady at the counter gives an attitude and even the other staff members. The way she speaks to the customers is not appropriate. I highly recommend to keep away from this store as much as you want your day to be good. Zero stars from me if that was an option.
