I greatly appreciate the prescription fillers. I often go in on my lunch break and they are always able to fill my script quickly, especially if I’m in a rush. The staff are mostly very friendly, especially Dani and Anti. They always have whatever im looking for so it’s my one stop shop for pharmacy things now.

Dismal, despicable and appalling service. I asked if they could verify a drivers license which takes literally 1 minute, if that (as I have done it here 3 times already) and they advised they didn’t have time. I said it would take the same time as we had to talk about it. They said it wasn’t their prime focus ie they are not getting paid any extra to do it, so they wont do it Maybe if they moved quicker and had some compassion for why I needed it done urgently for IVF then maybe they would be able to do it. Disappointed with the lady at the cash counter, she did not ask for the priceline membership and when i asked that I want to, she asked for physical card, i said if I can give the phone number, she was so upset and annoyed, and seeing that expressions I said leave it.

The good parts to this visit was the chemist staff helped very much in reccomending products and even taking time to show us which products were good and which to avoid! However there was one lady who bothered my group immediately as we walked into the store. She asked us if we needed any help in a fake sort of condescending way! When we brushed her off and went away, she came back and told us we should put our bags away rather than bringing it into the store. However i saw many other people having bags and trolleys.
