I’ve found that the staff at this store are neither particularly knowledgeable nor helpful. There also seems to be an ongoing issue with returns, regardless of whether proof of purchase is provided. For that reason, I now choose to shop at Chemist Warehouse instead, as it’s simply not worth the hassle here.

Bought a product from the Mt Eliza pharmacy and wanted to exchange it for another one the next day. Popped into Mornington as it was closer. I read up on the exchange policy which does not mention that I needed to go back to the same store. The girl told me I needed to show an itemized credit card statement. I told her I paid for it on debit card and showed her the transaction on my phone banking app. She said that wasn’t sufficient. This Priceline is jam packed full of great products. It’s also part of the One Pass rewards program so you earn Sister Club points and Flybuys points. They have a great selection of hair care products and self care items. They also sell “The Original” brand which is hard to find. I’ve also found a brand of hair growth products that actually work.
