Walked in 10min till close looking for mouth guard staff showed me where they were and my options got in and out in 4min no hassle
Terrible. 40mins to 1hr wait for a simple, common script. "Would you pick-up or like to wait?" So I waited. and waited. and waited. Other people, many, came, got served, got scripts. And I waited. Always in view, person who took my script in could see me. Could see me waiting. Eventually a pharmacist noticed my waiting, and came and asked "what name are you waiting for?" - then went straight to get my scripts which had been on the dispensing counter for quite a while.
