Terrible. 40mins to 1hr wait for a simple, common script. "Would you pick-up or like to wait?" So I waited. and waited. and waited. Other people, many, came, got served, got scripts. And I waited. Always in view, person who took my script in could see me. Could see me waiting. Eventually a pharmacist noticed my waiting, and came and asked "what name are you waiting for?" - then went straight to get my scripts which had been on the dispensing counter for quite a while. Super professional and friendly as well!
Got there around 5.57 due to some urgent need and staff members were like we are closed. I said them it says 6 pm and they were like yes we are closed. I was not there for a coffee my lady you didnt even ask if there was anything urgent or try to refer smewer else. Please change ur time to 5.56 in the google business page.
