Poor staff attitude and unprofessional. Was after an item which showed has stock in store but staff with a head scarf unwilling to check at storage room due to laziness. Said did not have it without even try to check. Came the other day and a white lady has tried her best and successfully found me an item from the storage room which they haven’t got a chance to replenish on shelf. Unfortunately she is not in store today. Buy at Big W instead. Will never return to this priceline again. Such a waste of my time.
It seems to be the case that "customer service" is now a wave of the hand in the general direction of where I am expected to go looking along with the comment " it SHOULD be there". This happened to me this afternoon when looking for a product. It should be in aisle one I was told. Well it wasn't. So I asked another employee if they could actually find the product for me, which they did, in what I consider to be aisle 3. Harry and Mila great ladies! I was looking through a specific range of shampoo to help my sensitive scalp Dermaveen, been using it for the past week and noticed a difference. Thank you ladies!!!!!
I went to Priceline to find bonjela for my baby. Although the store didn’t have any in stock, Harry, a lady who helped me was very lovely and looked eveywhere to see if they had any. She also offered to look and see if the warehouse would send any that night so I could collect tomorrow. Great customer service.
Jamiela is such an amazing worker. She helped me so much in the store. Such a kind hearted person.
