I came in today, went up the back to the pharmacist to let her know I was in anaphylaxis and needed an Epi Pen ASAP (I was on my lunch break). She hardly acknowledged me, handed it to me and continued what she was doing on her computer without saying a word or asked if I was okay??? I gave myself the epi pen out the front and called 000 then was rushed to hospital. I’m lucky to be alive. Priceline is a complete rip-off. I can get the exact same PBS prescription at Chemist Warehouse for almost $9 less—and unlike Priceline, Chemist Warehouse actually offers price matching. On top of that, Priceline’s product range is limited, and everything is noticeably more expensive. Never again.
