Worst experience I’ve ever had here. The pharmacist was rude and unprofessional - when she misunderstood me, she blamed it on my “Russian accent.” I am not Russian, I'M POLISH. IT'S A DIFFERENCE, her comment was offensive and inappropriate. Making assumptions about customers’ backgrounds is unacceptable.
I recommend this chemist. Although most items are a little dearer than Chemist Warehouse the staff are more knowledgeable and helpful, it is worth paying a little extra for these qualities
I've been going to thus pharmacy for years. Great service and knowledge of pharmacists. John has a great team who really look after their customers.
Came in on a Saturday to see if they could fit my parents in for a flu vax and the process was so quick and easy! Thanks to the pharmacist Jason for the quick and painless vaccinations
Pharmacist was an absolute disgrace today. My partner has stage 4 cancer and needed a pain prescription for the terrible pain she is experiencing. Instead of processing the script and dispencing the doctor prescribed prescription, he made my partner and myself wait until he could contact the doctor at her busy practice to confirm that he could dispense. FFS it is an e-script issued by a practising doctor. So my partner was forced to wait in excruciating pain. This does not happen at other Pharmacys. What a disgrace.
