The sales staff never smile, are rude and totally disengaged.
Booked a Covid vax online, but when I turned up for my appointment they had none of the vaccination in stock. Still accepting bookings on their website, though. The pharmacist told me he'd been trying to ring me all day to let me know, which was interesting considering I had only made the appointment at 5pm (less than two hours beforehand). Wasting my time is one thing, but I really don't appreciate being lied to.

I want to say a massive thank you to the lady who was working around 7:30pm on 15/02/26. She helped me choose the best perfume for me, and I ended up trying over 30 different ones. Even after all that, she was so patient, kind, and never once seemed irritated. She had a big smile the whole time and shared her favourites while giving honest advice about what suited me best. I went to the store around 8pm looking for a medication that was listed in stock on the website but wasn’t on the shelf. The pharmacist, Dianne, was very friendly, polite, and helpful. She checked the stock and, after some effort, found it. Excellent service! She truly makes a difference and represents Priceline very well.
