I want to say a massive thank you to the lady who was working around 7:30pm on 15/02/26. She helped me choose the best perfume for me, and I ended up trying over 30 different ones. Even after all that, she was so patient, kind, and never once seemed irritated. She had a big smile the whole time and shared her favourites while giving honest advice about what suited me best. I went to the store around 8pm looking for a medication that was listed in stock on the website but wasn’t on the shelf. The pharmacist, Dianne, was very friendly, polite, and helpful. She checked the stock and, after some effort, found it. Excellent service! She truly makes a difference and represents Priceline very well.
It was my first time visiting this place as a tourist, and honestly, I had an absolutely smashing time. I was a bit lost at first, not knowing where to go or what to see, but bless my luck, there were these two incredible women working yesterday around 4 or 5pm who were an absolute godsend. Came in here to buy a product which was marked on the exact tag as a sale item - $10 cleanser. Waited 5 min for the front staff to actually serve me to tell me it was $25. I had physically walked over to the clearly marked price stating it was on sale (on top of the actual tag) for the staff member to blame her co-worker for marking up the wrong thing.
