Long wait for prescription to be filled. Then Pharmacist put on the script that medication had to be taken TWICE A DAY but direction on GP script was TWICE A WEEK. It's super important get this basic stuff right! Pay attention to what you're doing, your mistakes can impact people's health.

Came in recently to purchase an ankle brace as I was in the centre doing other shopping. Young lady with facial piercings was very polite, asked if I required any assistance then she helped me choose the best one for my needs, and even measured my ankle to ensure I got the right size. Unfortunately the older staff there seem fairly miserable and rarely interact with me unless they have to (scripts counter & register) during other visits to the store.
