Screwed up my script so badly they gave me 4x the dose the doctor had prescribed, which I accidentally took. I am so lucky this was a low risk medication, or this could have genuinely been harmful. Unpleasant customers services for pensionners!
Might as well put up a sign saying “we don’t certify documents”. I returned to this place TWICE and both times they told me I have to wait an hour despite only having another person waiting in line. I’ve been to chemist warehouse, terry white, and nova pharmacy and they all did my stat dec within 5 minutes despite being even busier than this place.
