Dear Manager, Today I visited Priceline Pharmacy at Carlingford Court with a doctor’s prescription to collect my medication. While I was at the counter about to pay, the fire alarm started ringing. The staff member told me to leave the medication at the counter and come back after the alarm stopped. Even though the payment would have taken less than 10 seconds, I followed the staff’s instructions and left the store. We had such a wonderful experience at Priceline Carlingford a few weeks ago when we came in to get prescription medication for my little boy, who wasn’t feeling well at the time. The pharmacist was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. She went above and beyond to cheer him up — even showing him behind the counter and demonstrating their new robot machine that automatically collects the medicine.
