I would like to raise concerns about the community of Campbelltown especially the elderly people who visit this Pharmacy with prescriptions for their medication. I have experienced their bad customer service and also given wrong medication to their customers without double checking it. Anyway long story short, I went with my Mom on the 15/07/2026 right after seeing her doctor to this Pharmacy with her prescription and mine. I literally explained to this lady who serve us. I bought a stronger with you intensely for so much cheaper than other places. I was considering going to another place but then I saw you had it for so much cheaper. The worker who helped me was super helpful with helping me smell and test other fragrances.
Went there to buy some moisturizer. After I paid, the lady asked me to leave a 5-star review! I was actually gonna leave a good review, but after reading these negative comments, I realized why they were acting all nice. They're probably trying to cover up whatever they've done by getting people to leave 5-star reviews.
