Outstanding service, great products and excellent advice
I visited Priceline Burwood Westfield around 4:40 pm on Sunday, 19 October 2025 to buy a La Roche-Posay sunscreen. I asked one of the staff if there was a version for dry or normal skin, but she said no and kept repeating the words “dry skin” back to me with a judging look — as if mocking my English. Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and quite upset. I hope the store can remind staff to be more respectful and kind to customers, especially when English is not their first language.
