Painful experience to process a simple click and collect return. It should have been refunded on the spot. Instead, I waited almost a week before needing to call head office who then put me on hold for almost 20 minutes while this store did what they should have done last week - refund my money! Sheesh 👎🏼👎🏼
My go to pharmacy. Very helpful and professional staff especially Stephen who is amazing. During lockdown, I had Covid and Stephen and his staff went out of way to personally come and leave me my much needed medication at my doorstep! That’s what you call great customer service. Since then, I make it a point only to go to Priceline Bundoora Square for any medication advice & prescriptions.
Staff are friendly and helpful Prescriptions can take awhile, on average 10-15 minutes
Went here to get a vaccination, staff were great, quick and effective
