I love love Priceline at Beecroft all the staff are so friendly and helpful , but the star for me is Annu the beauty consultant she is so switched onto all your products and always points me in the right direction to what will help me and my skin and she is truly remarkable , she never lets me down Thanku Sandra Gordon 😊
Great team, great service
Seeing other people writing reviews about this store made me want to speak up about my experience. I was really disappointed with the service at Priceline Beecroft. The manager was incredibly rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about a product. She spoke over me and acted like I was wasting her time. No smile, no basic courtesy, just attitude. It felt like she didn’t want to help at all. Definitely not the kind of customer service you’d expect from a place like Priceline. Don’t come here.
After having difficulty filling a script over several days and many pharmacies I made a final attempt at close to closing time by calling Beecroft. Gita was kind, empathetic, non judgmental and went out of her way to assist and reassure. I would recommend wholeheartedly supporting this business and will not hesitate to return should I need help again. Thank you Gita.
