Can Claire at the front counter at least try to be pleasant to customers? I'm sick of her scowling at me whenever I come in and barely uttering a word to me - she won't even say what the total amount you owe is!
I love love Priceline at Beecroft all the staff are so friendly and helpful , but the star for me is Annu the beauty consultant she is so switched onto all your products and always points me in the right direction to what will help me and my skin and she is truly remarkable , she never lets me down Thanku Sandra Gordon 😊
Great team, great service
Seeing other people writing reviews about this store made me want to speak up about my experience. I was really disappointed with the service at Priceline Beecroft. The manager was incredibly rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about a product. She spoke over me and acted like I was wasting her time. No smile, no basic courtesy, just attitude. It felt like she didn’t want to help at all. Definitely not the kind of customer service you’d expect from a place like Priceline. Don’t come here.
