I would like to commend the pharmacist on duty on Friday around 12pm on 30-1-26 for her exceptional kindness and professionalism. I witnessed her assisting an elderly lady whose medications had not yet arrived. She went above and beyond by reassuring her and offering to personally bring the medicines to her anywhere she was within the shopping centre once they arrived. The click-and-collect service here is absolutely pathetic. Nothing is prepared, nothing is organised, and nobody cares. When I asked for help, the assistant manager, Mariana, couldn’t be bothered—she was rude, unprofessional, and acted like she had better things to do. Completely useless service and terrible management. Avoid this place at all costs.
