I would like to commend the pharmacist on duty on Friday around 12pm on 30-1-26 for her exceptional kindness and professionalism. I witnessed her assisting an elderly lady whose medications had not yet arrived. She went above and beyond by reassuring her and offering to personally bring the medicines to her anywhere she was within the shopping centre once they arrived.
