I had a truly wonderful experience at Bankstown Priceline! The entire staff is incredibly helpful and efficient—they always know exactly where to find things. A special, heartfelt shout-out goes to Tracey the Pharmacist. Her warm, beautiful nature and exceptional work ethic are simply outstanding. It's rare to find such personalised service; she knows me by name and seems to intuitively know exactly when my medication is due. This is a genuinely fantastic pharmacy!
Extremely Unprofessional and Abusive Behavior by the Manager I am absolutely shocked and appalled by the behavior I experienced from the manager at this location. As a paying customer, I never expected to be yelled at, insulted, and sworn at by a staff member — let alone someone in a managerial position. The manager raised their voice at me in front of other customers, used completely inappropriate and offensive language, and treated me with zero respect.
