I’m very disappointed with Priceline Pharmacy’s return policy regarding vitamins and supplements. I purchased two unopened vitamin products with a receipt and within a short time realised they did not meet my expectations, especially when compared to products I had used previously. When I attempted to return them, the store manager refused, stating that the pharmacy “cannot verify how vitamins were stored even for one day,” so returns are not accepted — even if sealed and unused. Overall most staff were friendly with their service , however the manager named avnet was incredibly disrespectful . I walked in the store and was made to feel very unwelcomed by him and when I approached him and kindly asked where a product was located he completely ignored me and gave me his back. I felt attacked as he continuously followed me around the store , circulating me as if I was shoplifting, making me leave the store . Overall horrible experience with managerial staff

I am not a local resident so this is only my 2nd visit to this Priceline at Bankstown Central. I will keep coming back to this one rather than my local one because both visits were a very pleasant experience. Firstly, the floor staff are very quick to ask if you need help. I recently had my flu shot at this clinic, and although I experienced a sudden blackout afterward—likely due to low blood pressure—the staff handled the situation with incredible professionalism and genuine care.
